Seth Joe Acres was built in 199?.  Over the years the complex has undergone a few renovations, but most recently,  the block has had a facelift boasting new carports, landscaped gardens and the interior of each unit now beautifully upgraded.   As the  building is older,  the bedrooms and living rooms are bigger allowing for more space for families to enjoy a place called home.
